Toxicology

VERITOX®'s toxicologists have training and experience in occupational health, product registration, health risk assessment, and evaluation of personal injury claims from chemicals.

We specialize in regulatory, inhalation, reproductive (including teratology), and dermal toxicology; drug metabolism; and radiation effects. We have experience with a variety of chemical and physical agents (including pollutants, pesticides, particulate matter, solvents, vapors, metals, ionizing radiation, electric and magnetic fields, fibers, and microbial agents including molds and fungus found in indoor environments), exposure scenarios (including environmental, occupational, residential, and clinical), and routes of exposure (including but not limited to inhalation, oral, and percutaneous).

VERITOX®'s toxicologists have evaluated numerous claims of personal injury and health impacts from many chemicals, and have presented a variety of health risk concepts to policy makers, government regulators, citizen groups, and individuals involved in all aspects of the legal process.

Occupational Health

VERITOX®'s toxicologists are experienced at evaluating chemical exposures in many workplace settings, including factories, refineries, office buildings, and construction sites.

Product Registration

We assist clients in designing standard or novel protocols to meet international regulatory requirements. Our services include selecting the laboratory to perform the studies, monitoring the critical phases of work in progress, and providing independent evaluation of results. Products registered include chemicals, polymers, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, natural health products, biotechnology products and pesticides.
