Kevin Wallace, MD, FACMT
Kevin Wallace, MD, FACMT, is Director of Medical Toxicology at Veritox®, Inc.
Dr. Wallace received his medical degree from the University of Virginia in 1983. He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Emory University in 1987 and his fellowship training in Medical Toxicology at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona in 1997. He is board-certified in Medical Toxicology, Fellow of the American College of Medical Toxicology, and member of the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology. He holds active medical licenses in Maine and Virginia.
In February 2010, Dr. Wallace assumed a full-time faculty appointment as Associate Professor at the University of New England College of Pharmacy in Portland, Maine. He has also been an attending physician and faculty member in the Division of Medical Toxicology at the University of Virginia and in the Department of Medical Toxicology at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, where he also served as Director of Occupational and Environmental Toxicology Services for over ten years. Since completing his fellowship training in Medical Toxicology, Dr. Wallace has conducted independent medical evaluations and served as a consultant and expert witness in cases involving alcohol, drugs, industrial chemicals, and environmental toxins.
