Biographical Sketches

Kevin L. Wallace, MD, FACMT

Kevin L. Wallace, MD, FACMT is Director of Medical Toxicology at VERITOX®. He is board-certified in Medical Toxicology and is a certified Medical Review Officer.

Dr. Wallace received his medical degree from the University of Virginia in 1983. He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Emory University and his fellowship training in Medical Toxicology at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Toxicology and a member of the Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics. He holds current medical licenses in Virginia, Arizona, Maine and New Hampshire.

Dr. Wallace is a recently appointed member of the Division of Medical Toxicology at the University of Virginia and has been a member of the Banner Good Samaritan Medical Toxicology Fellowship faculty and Director of Banner Good Samaritan Occupational and Environmental Toxicology Services in Phoenix, Arizona since 1997. He currently holds appointments as Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.

Dr. Wallace regularly conducts Independent Medical Examinations and serves as a consultant and named expert in cases involving alcohol, drugs, industrial chemicals, and environmental toxins. He maintains clinical and academic practices in Virginia and Arizona.
